These terms cover your use of this website and the Retirement Score assessment. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Who runs this site

This site is operated by Abejah Phillip Williamson, a licensed insurance producer (Florida resident License W591490, NPN 21301861), licensed in 47 states and the District of Columbia (all except Alaska, Hawaii and Vermont), doing business as Skyline Capital Solutions, 2505 Boca Raton Blvd, Boca Raton, FL 33431.

2. This site is educational, not advice

Everything here is general information about retirement and life insurance concepts. It is not insurance, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy any particular product. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer.

Nothing on this site creates an agent-client relationship, and no coverage exists until an application is submitted, underwritten, and accepted by an insurance carrier in writing.

3. About your Retirement Score

The score is a simple educational tool. It is generated only from the answers you give and nothing else — it does not consider your full financial position, tax situation, existing policies, health, or goals beyond what you selected.

It is not a valuation, a financial plan, or a prediction of any outcome. Two people with the same score may need completely different things. Please do not make a financial decision based on it alone.

4. Insurance products

Any policy is governed solely by the contract issued by the carrier. Product features, caps, participation rates, charges, and availability vary by carrier and by state, and can change. Guarantees depend on the claims-paying ability of the issuing carrier — not on us.

We can only transact insurance business in states where an active license is held.

5. Booking a session

Booking a strategy session is free and puts you under no obligation. We may need to reschedule occasionally; if so, we will contact you at the details you gave us. Please give reasonable notice if you cannot attend.

6. Your responsibilities

Give accurate information — a score built on wrong answers tells you nothing useful
Use the site for your own personal, lawful purposes
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it, or submit anyone else's details without their permission

7. Third-party services

Scheduling runs on Cal.com and this site is served through Cloudflare. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability. Links to other sites are provided for convenience only.

8. Limits on our liability

This site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it, or from reliance on the score or any general information here.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects your rights under Florida insurance law or your right to complain to the Florida Department of Financial Services.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
